Way back in September we set out to find an iCandy iCon and we had a lot of interest. Come the first week of October and a very soggy crowd made their way to Holborn House (eventually – long story) to see just who that would be. The iCandy iCon Bikini Showdown was a great night, where judges Bianca Simone, Catia Cruz, Suneeta Nathan, Simon thing, as well as the CEO of iCandy and me; your beloved editor, picked our first iCandy iCon. So here she is – Rosie M Peterson.

So Rosie, welcome, how are you doing?

I’m very well thank you… how are you?

I’m great! What made you enter iCandy iCon?

I applied to iCandy because I wanted to really win and be published with you guys (Smiles)

Well you succeeded! Were you nervous getting up there in a club and dancing in just your bikini?

Well to be honest I was more nervous about walking … walking in front of a big crowd just staring at me?? No, no, no… Dancing I can do it wherever.

What got you started in modelling?

I like taking pictures… and I got into it through a friend.

Where would you like to see it take you?

I would like to make a mark in the industry and be taken seriously. Until I see myself on the cover of FHM

You’re also a full time student studying Law. Is it hard juggling your studies, modelling and working?

Ermm yeah it was in the beginning that’s why I wasn’t doing any modelling for awhile. But now I got it under control.

What’s your ambition?

To be successful and nothing less.

Ok so the shoot, what do you think of your pictures?

Actually I haven’t seen most of the pictures, but I am happy with the ones I got to see…I am like my own worst critic (Laughs)

Did you enjoy the day?

I love the day… everyone was so amazing. Great fun what was the most memorable part?

What does 2012 hold for you?

I have a few projects in the works so you will have to stay tuned (Smiles)

You will of course be expected to attend a lot of iCandy events – think you can cope with that even if they are at Platinum Lace?

Hmmm I like my men tall, beautiful, goes to the gym, athletic build with an amazing personality. I love a guy who can make me laugh. Laid back but can still have fun, with goals and ambitious… also amazing in bed! (Laughs)

What do you think is your best feature?

Emma! How are you doing?

I’m very well thank you, feeling fresh, new year, new start and all that jazz! (Laughs)

You’re an iCandy Cane – how does it feel?

Feels good you know, I’m so excited to see what iCandy has instore for us iCandy Canes!

What are you looking forward to most about being one of my elite?

Well I haven’t ever been part of something like this before, so all of it; it’s all new! Can’t wait to work with the other beauties – and my best friend Pheonix *hugs*

What did you think of the shoot? You looked like you really enjoyed yourself in the video! What’s you best memory of the day?

(Laughs) Yeah it was a fun day, ummm probably towards the end of the day working with Rachael that was pretty cool!

Yeah considering you and Rach had never met you gelled beautifully! So what got you into modelling?

My family, the have always said I should do modelling or be an actress so one day I went for a test shoot and turned out I loved it!

Where has your modelling led you?

Since then I have had some amazing opportunities, I have been China, representing England in the Beauty pageant Miss All Nations, this was an experience would never forget, it was for 3 weeks and involved a lot of fashion shows, public appearances, interviews and networking! Whilst I was there I was crowned “Miss Friendship” which was really sweet *blushes*

Now you seem to exude confidence from every inch of you where do you get that from?

(Laughs) Do I?? (Laughs) I have always been an extrovert sort of person ever since I was young, I never really got shy or embarrassed and have always been a bit of crazy one (Laughs)

You’ve done a few music videos what ones have you done and which was the most fun?

I have done a video for Talay ft Scorcher “Good As Gold” and Ndubz “Cold Shoulder”

Music Videos are always fun, longs days but you meet new people and all have a laugh! Haven’t got a favourite they were both fun and very different!

Now at the shoot the best word I can think of to describe you is ‘fluid’ you moved like a snake – how do you explain that?

Oh gossssh!! (Covers face) Umm I dunno really, I love music and I love to dance, maybe it’s the South American in me (Laughs)

Now you iCandy Cane name (after much deliberation) is Caramel Cane – what the thinking behind that?

Yeah only took me a month to think of a name (Laughs), well people seem to compliment me about my skin tone saying its golden/caramel colour and my hair is a caramel sorta colour so I thought…Caramel it is! (Laughs)

Now despite being a man, I hang around models and as such I have a black belt in shoes. I couldn’t help noticing that you rocked up to casting in Louboutins – that’s pretty flash footwear for just a casting! Are they your weakness?

Yes they are!! Love em! Gotta bag to match too but sssshh!! Got my eye on another pair, and might treat myself at the end of the month *blushes*

Ok so now a little about you – are you single?

(Laughs) *Sings* “I’m Already Taken” *Blushes*

What do you look for in a guy?

Someone who is respectful, caring, loyal supportive and has a good sense of humour!

Shimmer boasts a unique sound and style to any other European female rap artist there is, and is set to take the UK by storm this year. At present Shimmer is busy in the studio recording and perfecting her debut album ‘Easy Like Sundae,’ which is destined to be completely mind-blowing. Her lyrics reveal a charmingly appealing censored  take on the highs and lows of the typical London lifestyle in a mesmerizing way.

Emma! How are you doing?

I’m very well thank you (Smiles)

I have to say I love your pics! What got you into modelling?

I was out in Manchester for a friend’s birthday and was approached by an agency scout. I had never even thought about being a model before that, I was more of a Tom boy. As a kid I climbed trees, played with my brother’s transformers and had mostly guys as friends. I love being girlie now though; I love my hair & make up being done and wearing sexy outfits.

You’ve been in a lot of mags and papers – which has been the most fun to do – other than iCandy of course.

(Laughs), I’d have to say my Shoots with Nuts are always fun. I did a shoot with them for a golf game along with universal pictures for an American pie film which was awesome, I really enjoyed it.

What is you ambition?

To be successful, I don’t want to become famous as I Like my privacy but to get into FHM and do a page 3 shoot would be cool. I couldn’t do the Sun as I’ve got false boobies but the Daily Star shoots them.

Now I have to mention your chest – it’s already DD and very very impressive…. sorry I got lost in a thought then, but you’re getting them made bigger! Why?

(Laughs) (Smiles) it’s a long story really… I had problems with my last implants so I had to have them removed in May 2011 and then got them back in Oct 2011, so I thought with everything I’ve been through ” if I’m going to do it, I’ll do it properly”. Which I did. I’m now a 32FF but I did get measured in one shop as a 32GG the other day (Smiles)

I’ve had a look at your site www.emmamckayglamour.co.uk and I have to say it’s very good – you have a very broad range on there, what’s behind that are you showing off your versatility?

Thank you. The variety is there for my fans as well as to show that I can be versatile. I think the more variety I have the better it is. I love doing all kinds of shoots from Fashion through to Fetish so I do them all (Smiles) I’m always up for trying new ideas to produce images. I’ll be doing lots more this year as I’ve got so much planned, it’s really exciting.

You even have a section on your site with you flashing in public – are you a bit of an exhibitionist?

I wouldn’t say so but I enjoy doing it. It makes me feel naughty and my fans like it.

Now then you also have an alter ego; Miss Terri – tell us about her, does she have a different personality to you?

Well, Miss Terri is my Fetish name; you will be seeing more of her this year. She enjoys wearing tight, shiny latex, Boots, rope and anything kinky (pokes tongue out) There’s no messing with Miss Terri she means business and enjoys teaching others a lesson or two.

What do you like to do to relax or in your spare time?

I really enjoy Zumba and Pilates; I’d do classes in the morning then go gym in the evening and finish with a spa (Smiles)

What have you got coming up this year then?

I can’t really say much as I’ve got lots planned for this year. But I can say I’ll also become a business woman this year as well as a model. I’m also looking at getting behind the camera too.

Your calendars are out too though I note one hasn’t dropped on my mat? What was it like to shoot your 2 calendars?

Oh no, sorry. Katie K – it’s an honour to have you stop by and find time in your hectic schedule to drop by iCandy. How are you doing?

I’m ok thank you.  Full of a cold today, been ill the past four days and getting pretty sick of it now!  (Laughs)

So Katie, you’re only 23 and already conquering the world with your work. How does it feel to become such an icon at your age?

Well thank you for calling me an icon!  I don’t feel like an icon… People tweet me saying “You’re so famous but you’re so normal!” but the thing is; I AM normal!  I’ve got a long way to go yet until I’ll feel like an icon.  I want to do so much and this year is going to be my best year yet for the people who like my work!  To me, icons are girls such as Jenna Jameson, Jesse Jane and Tera Patrick.  When I become as successful as them I’ll answer that question again for you (Winks)

What got you into the porn industry? How did you get started?

I was going through a bi-curious stage and I wondered if I did actually fancy girls. I was very shy and couldn’t face just going up to a girl and asking her out so I decided that there was no better way to figure out if I am bisexual or not by doing a lesbian film. That way the other girl was getting paid for it and couldn’t say no! After meeting a porn star who lived in my area, we got together and made a film which landed in the hands of Television X and Playboy producers. The next thing I know I’m on the cover of many top shelf magazines. Once I was on three different covers all in the same month. I’ve just gone from strength to strength ever since and never looked back.

The porn industry carries a very big stigma of course – does that ever bother you?

I think people’s opinion of the Porn industry depends on the person.  I believe that there are two types of people, sheep and Sheppard’s.  The Sheppard’s are the people who are open minded, see the world for what it is and are able to make their own mind up and the sheep are the people who believe what they are told or what they read.  In the UK the media makes Porn look seedy or “bad” because they need to give a shock factor about something to make people interested in it.  More people will watch a documentary about “The seedy porn industry where girls are forced to do things they don’t want to do” than a documentary about “The glamorous life of a Porn Star or Porn Director”.  Nobody in this industry is forced to do something they don’t want to do, nobody is underage, we don’t carry STI’s and we’re not all horrible to each other. The Porn industry is one of the safest industries to be in!  But TV producers or magazine editors want to make sales and they think the best way of getting people interested is to give it the “shock factor”.  You can’t even watch a normal soap opera without everything going wrong for all the characters in it!  The sheep are the people who believe what they hear about the Porn industry, the Sheppard’s are the ones who make their own minds up.

You are of course very much known for your girl on girl work – does that mean you don’t like cock?

(Laughs) I like guys in my personal life.  I only got into the industry to have some fun with some sexy girls, I never dreamed of it going this far.  I was on my way to Uni to become a Teacher and was working full time in a normal 9-5 job!  Once I started to become popular and what was just a fun hobby started to become a full time fun job so I decided to throw normality away to turn this into a career doing something I enjoy!  I don’t want to be just another robot coming into the industry, going through the motions from solo to girl/girl to boy/girl… I genuinely love my work so don’t do boy/girl on camera.

Who’s been the best to work with and more importantly why!?

Oh so many! Angel Long, Lolly Badcock, Cate Harrington, Michelle B… I’ve enjoyed working with each of these girls because they all genuinely enjoy their work too and you can tell when you’re on set with someone if they’re into you and the scene or not.  Plus each one is just downright filthy!

Now I’m a red blooded male and I have no shame in admitting that I’ve seen your stuff (come on guys you find me a guy that says he never watches porn and I’ll find you a liar) when you’re not doing things for your own website www.katiekofficial.com, do you plan your scenes or are you at the mercy of directors?

At the end of the day, just like any normal job, you have to be there to do a job and yes we do have directors who tell us how to act, what to wear, say, do, what positions to get into etc.  But this was the reason why I launched my website.  So many of my fans were saying “I like how shy and innocent you are” and that was when I realised that my whole fan base was being built on something that wasn’t me.  I was 18 and 19 at the time and very young looking so I was always cast as the young innocent one.  It wasn’t until I directed my own series for Television X called “Katie K’s Teen Rampage” which was based around my love of corrupting all the on screen virgins (the girls who had never had girl on girl fun on camera before), that I started to develop a proper fan base because I had been able to establish “this is me and this is what I’m all about”.  Then when I eventually got the time and gave myself a kick up the ass, I decided to go ahead with my own website where I direct all the scenes the way I want them and I am able to be my very filthy self the way I want to be!

It could be said that in a way, you caused the Parliamentary expenses scandal – the thing of course that triggered it was then Home Secretary Jacqui Smith’s husband putting a porn film through her expenses – that film was ‘Anal Boutique’ which you starred in – I suppose we should hail you as a heroine for exposing the expenses scandal – how did you feel when you found out?

I think Richard Timney (Jacqui Smith’s husband) has VERY good taste and I can imagine him now in his stately home with his suit trousers around his ankles, lifting his shirt and tie up and going at it on his wang… Radio 5 Live had Jacqui Smith in their studio last year while they played her documentary on the Porn industry and they had planned for me to ask her some questions.  Obviously I was going to cause quite a stir so they unfortunately cut me out of the show as they wanted to look after her best interests, but I thought it would have been quite funny to hear her reaction to “How do you feel knowing that your husband enjoys wanking over me getting pounded in the ass by one of my sexy girlfriends using a strap on?!”

What have you got planned for the coming year?

Los of things!  I’m not allowed to say yet but there are some HUGE announcements coming soon and I will be doing a lot of travelling the World this year with work.  Very very excited!  Watch this space!

What’s been the highlight of your career to date?

Oh gosh so many things!  I enjoyed presenting at the Television X Awards 2011 with BBC Radio 1 DJ Tim Westwood and I am so happy that I was nominated for a 2010 AVN Award and for TWO 2012 XBIZ Awards including Best Porn Star Website!  It was just the high 5 I needed for putting in a lot of hard work and effort into my site this year; it’s not even been live 12 months yet!  It means I’m going in the right direction.

Who would you love to work with and why?

American actresses Jesse Jane, Jenna Haze, Jessica Drake and retired stars Sunny Lane and Bree Olson!  I love their look and their work and fancy the pants off each of them!  To have them all at the same time would be my Porn Dream!

What’s the best and worst thing that’s happened on set?

I don’t think there’s been a worse thing… The worse things are just when you’re having an off day and have really bad hair or make up or feel fat and ugly… Yes Porn Star’s have those days too!  The best thing was probably when I squirted all over Lolly Badcock in the unedited version of our AVN Award Nominated Scene in Foxy Tarts!  She made me cum so hard!

So let’s get personal for a while – are you single? Would you ever date someone ordinary like oooooh I dunno a magazine editor let’s say?

(Laughs) I’m single.  I’m so busy with my own life and working, I’m a workaholic!  Running your own website is the biggest job, I never realised how much time and effort it would take!  When I’m not on set I’m tweeting or blogging, sleeping or out with my friends, or staying in with my doggies… If I was to date anyone then I would need them to understand my heavy workload, that I love my job and when I go to work, I am having sex with women and loving every minute of it.  Someone who can understand that and take it all on is a keeper in my eyes.

Does what you do make it a problem for having a relationship?

Not really.  I’ve had boyfriends in the past and only one of them had a problem with my job when we actually got into a relationship.  He didn’t last long!  If think if the guy’s got a problem with me having a job that I love and do well at then he is a complete moron.

What do you look for in a partner?

I like the nice guys (Winks) Bad Boys are for filthy fun, good guys are for relationships

What gets you off most?

Pretty much anything, I can turn anything into a dirty scenario!  I enjoy being the one in control, I don’t want anyone to try and make me their bitch (Laughs)

Being a porn star does it ever de-sensitise sex? To you you’re working so can you easily differentiate between sex for work and sex for pleasure?

I think it’s different for me because I only do girl/girl and I don’t differentiate, that’s how I get a good scene

Katie I could ask you questions for hours but I know you have a very hectic schedule and you’re probably itching to get back to it so before I let you go – what’s your message for everyone out there?

In the words of Kevin & Perry Go Large: “In life we are born and then we die and in between that, we have to make sure we have the most buzzing time” In other words do what you want to do before it’s too late, before you end up regretting missed opportunities and the things you never did that you always wanted to!  If an opportunity smacks you in the face, grab it with everything you’ve got!

Hi Jessenia, how are you doing? It’s great to have you back on iCandy it’s been too long since we had the pleasure of you gracing us with your appearance. What are you up to at the moment?
It’s nice to be able to catch up with you guys! I’ve been doing a lot! I made the cover spurt of Maxim en Espanol, with a 6 page spread/interview. I’ve been in Blackmen, King, Vibe, The Source & I became the new face for Nelly’s Apple Bottoms Clothing. I’ve been working heavily on TV such as with MTV, MUN2 & VH1. I’ve also been in the studio recording music, so it’s been a very busy and productive year since you last heard from me.

Glad to hear it! I always like seeing iCandy girls doing well and achieving their dreams! I’ve had a look at your video and I have to say I think you’re the first girl I’ve seen to make ironing
and vacuuming look very VERY sexy – how much fun was that video to do?
It all started when I filmed “Sexy Cooking” with MUN2 and they saw how my numbers where growing; it’s currently sitting on over 1 million views outdoing other popular vixens such as Vida Guerra & Rosa Acosta’s video they did with MUN2. We recently linked up to shoot the “Bad Girl Chores” video and it was extremely fun! I’m always dancing when I hear music so it’s nice to showcase my fun & quirky side!

Last time you told us you were juggling being a nurse and a model at the same time – I guess things have changed a bit huh? Do you miss nursing at all?

No, I’m not missing nursing AT ALL & that’s because I STILL WORK at the ER!! I love both my jobs and until modelling takes me into the acting world, I see myself still doing both. At first I sacrificed my personal love life, sleep and social life, but it looks like it’s been paying off. My employer has been great to me also! They’ve condensed my shifts into 2 days (16hr shifts) so I work 4 shifts in 2 days which gives me 5 days out of the week to travel, film and shoot. I’m grateful.

You are? Wow If I ever get sick and I’m in NYC I hope I come to your hospital when you’re working! We can’t not mention of course that you are the face (or maybe another part of you!) of Apple Bottom – what’s it like to rep a brand like that?
Nelly was a dream to work with and I’m truly honoured to be a part of its 2012 campaign! I love their clothing and it fits amazingly! I think the world will be impressed when they see how it’s evolved! It’s no longer jeans; its dresses, tops, accessories & more! I love its slogan: apples come in all shapes and sizes. Mine is perky and cute!

You can say that again! You also have your own radio show – does music play an important part of your life?
I love music! It’s the air that I breathe and has been an influence in my life. I had my own radio show “Vice City” in NYC which lasted 6months, that went under renovations and during my break, my TV offers came pouring in. I had to choose between radio and TV and my dream has been to work on TV.
What have you got coming up in 2012?
Pushing the 2012 ad for Applebottoms , recording my own music, working with MUN2 on some special projects that I can’t discuss just yet but it’s BIG! And let’s see if I get another cover *crosses fingers*

Are you single?

*Looks at ring finger* Technically yes! But there’s someone special in my world

What do you go for in a partner?

Someone who can have my back 100% it’s not easy dating a girl that does what I do, all I ask is be my ride or die!

Wow, I didn’t know I was an iCandy girl (Laughs) the shoot was  sooo much fun, being an iCandy girl is not only based on your looks and physique  although majority of the time it is, to me it’s all about being comfortable with your body being confident in your skin and revealing that you can be sexy! I felt sexy but also very seductive at the same time *(Laughs)*

The pictures are A.M.A.Z.I.N.G my jaw literally dropped when the saw the pictures, I’m very, very, very pleased with the results and quite surprised and proud of the work I delivered, think I deserve a pat on the back!  I really enjoyed myself, was a little nervous because it was my first lingerie shoot so I was very conscious of how I looked and if I could deliver what was expected of me, I eased into it after a while and felt comfortable in running around half naked (Laughs) *joke* well… a little comfortable.

You were Miss Flavour 2010 and this is quite a prestigious title! What made you decide to enter and how did it feel when you were announced the winner?

I mainly entered the competition because it was something I’ve never done before i.e. beauty pageants. I was curious and very interested in taking part in a competition like this and was also keen in winning and doing my best. It was quite scary because you were getting judged on how you look, walk, talk, interact with everyone else including backstage team the other competitors and your personality, having all eyes on you is a scary thing because you want to make sure you are on point with everything and you want to make sure your carry a sense of presence on stage which will make you noticeable to the audience and judges. When I was announced as the winner of Miss Flavour 2010 I was shocked, first of all they called the wrong person’s name out so I didn’t know how to react, secondly….I WON!!! I’ve never won anything like this before and sometimes even now after handing over my crown I still get goose bumps, amazing feeling.

How has being Miss Flavour helped you with your career?

Miss Flavour has definitely helped throughout my year, its built up my confidence, I’ve made more connections, been networking, going to events, meeting casts from specific films and just me as a person its changed me, I feel more like a working woman and I’ve learn’t that I have a lot more to offer than I think I do.  I am a professional dancer and through meeting these people by networking they’ve inspired me to focus and stay committed because sometimes like everyone, it’s very hard to stay on track and for me that was due to my confidence but now, dance is my home, it’s my passion and I will continue to grow alongside it.

What advice would you give to anyone looking to become a model?

Be prepared for turn downs, be confident, persistent and be aware of people intentions, speaking from experience in certain situations there’s always more to what you think, don’t become too naive but keep crafting and keep striving!

You’re also a fantastic dancer of course, and even performed at this year’s Miss Flavour event tell us a bit more about that

Yes, I performed small solo in front of EVERYONE, it was quite scary but I held it all on my own and did a good show, the audience loved it and kept complimenting me throughout the whole night. I get a real buzz on when I’m performing, as soon as I’m on stage I feel safe and comfortable, like I always say, the stage is my home and it’s where I’m the happiest.

What other projects have you been involved in – is modelling the direction you want to stay in?

I’ve featured in the movie ‘SKET’, I’ve met and interviewed the cast from ‘Anuvahood’, I was on set on the new movie that’s yet to be out next year 2012 ‘Street Dance 2 UK’, featured as a hair model for Black Beauty and Hair Magazine and featured as a dancer in Cher Lloyd’s music video – ‘Swagger Jagger’

Dancing is the direction I want to stay in but I will be doing modelling on the side, just so I feel I have a lot more to offer than just dancing.

What’s your ambition?

My main ambition to be able create and tour my own work, with the help of sponsors who choose to support me,  I’d love to work with well- known choreographers and just have the chance to get noticed, dance doesn’t really have a specific direction, its branched out into many areas so I’m looking to see which pathway I’ll follow in a few year’s time but in the mean time I will continue to work hard reach towards my success step by step as I am still learning as a young woman and professional artist.

Ok so now a little about you – are you single?

Hmmmmm…you’ll never know mwahahahaha (Laughs)

What do you look for in a guy?

Humour is very important to me in a guy; I like to have a giggle every so often so that will be a plus. Just the simple things for me, they have to be genuine and have some sort of ambition, I like a hard crafter and someone who works hard in their chosen fields of their career. Also, I like a guy with nice toned arms, not too big neither too skinny just normal size but very well-toned *sticks tongue out*(Laughs)

I could give up anything except…”DANCE”

If I won the lottery I would…” buy my mums house for her, concentrate on building my dance career, giving away to charity and travelling, just the simple things for me, oh and I’d love to build my own dance studio that way I don’t need to worry anymore in looking for available studio space because I’d have my own” *big smile*

The things that irritate me most are…” my sister stealing my clothes, not being heard fairly in an argument and losing unsaved work on my computer, which just happened right now…I’ve had to do this all over again..AARRGHH”

Hi Melody how are you doing? First up I have to say you’re been on my radar for a while and I think you’re absolutely stunning, what got you into modelling?
Hey thanks for the compliment! I got into modelling because I wanted to be that girl the artist sang/rapped to in music videos also I enjoyed photography and wanted to create certain looks for myself

You’ve been known as quite an iconic urban glamour model but these shot see you going in a different direction what’s brought that about?
I have always loved photographic and creative modelling and the type I loved doing turned out to be glamour (Laughs). But, as I get older my interest has changed on the type of images I love looking at when I take pictures of myself. Now I think photos in sexy clothing is where my interest lies i.e. skirts, jackets, jeans, whereas before I enjoyed lingerie type pics

So you’re moving into music does this mean you’ve hung up you’re modelling hat completely?
I have always loved doing music and have been doing that long before I even began taking pictures so I will be doing both now but for more prestigious clients; I have now been asked to be the face of UK Ciroc which those pics will be released soon but they are more glamorous that glamour type pics also echo clothing has asked me to be the face of their UK clothing line so that’s the direction I want to take my modelling and music is something I have been doing from I was born glamour modelling just opened the doors for me to get close to the people who work in that industry.

You have a lot of collaborations coming up – tell us about who you’ll be working with – who are you most looking forward to recording with?
I have done many collabs already with Harmony and Truth Boe (produced chipmunk entire album Kerry Hilson, Chris Brown, JLS), Wiley, Fugitive, Dready, Roc Nation Producers, Teezy, Darren B, EMI Records and many more but I’m still only just starting on my journey so it is an uphill struggle but I’m happy for the support.

What have you got coming up in 2012?
I have a lot of studio sessions booked, a lot of modelling gigs booked in the states and the UK and a lot more collaborations God willing

Tell us more about your music – what are you influences?
I have always loves old school type motown music. I love Anita Baker, Air Supply, Beyoncé is very talented, Neyo, Crisette Michelle, Jazmine Sullivan, to name a few
I enjoy RnB music and rap, reggae, Bob Marley and Beenie Man oh and gospel; Mary Kirk Franklin.

What’s your ambition?
My ambition is to make sure that everybody knows that to put God first in everything they do. Then become a professional performance artist,

Who would be your dream collaboration – living or dead.
Lock Essen I’d love 2 write and perform a song with him, also Professor Green and Ghetts he is sooo talented! Lil Wayne and Neyo too. Buts so far I have collaborated with a lot of people I’ve wanted to work with.

Are you single?
Yep single and loving it! Although I’d love to get married one day so I’m still on the lookout for Mr Right.

What do you go for in a partner?
In a partner I go for a combination of God fearing, looks, he’s gotta be a hottie! (Laughs), and body. I’m pretty shallow but I love a great personality and a guy who can hold a decent long convo.

Complete the sentences: I dream of….
Being able to help those who are less fortunate than me and to be a good example for girls who think that because of mistakes they may have made in the past, they should and can still live their dream to be whatever they truly want to be

The craziest thing I’ve done is…
Is bungee jumping and I promise I will not be doing that again (Laughs)

The thing I regret most is…
The thing I regret most is not spending more time with my dad who has passed away and my 3 my best friends and my 2 other friends who’ve passed away also.

The thing that makes me happiest is…
Singing and being with my family, I also loved the feeling of helping someone in need.

The way to my heart is…
A decent convo if u can articulate and teach me something new always gets me and secondly, food (Laughs) I’m like a dude, feed me and we will be friends forever!

My pet hate is…
When people judge people seriously before they know or meet them it’s hard not to judge someone but we can never know what that person has been through everybody has a story to tell.

So Laura, how you doing?

Hi, I’m good thank you!

You’ve been modelling for a few years now – what made you get into it?

I’ve always loved the idea of being a model, and a few people told me I should go for it, so one day I did and I think thinks have gone ok (Laughs).

What do you love about modelling?

I love everything, from the nitty gritty of applying for jobs, to getting glammed up and gorgeous so I can show the camera what I am made of and what I’m capable of.

You’ve also branched into video shoots what ones have you done – who was the best to work with?

I have done a few who aren’t very well known, but recently I’ve been involved in Tinchy Stryder and Pixie Lott’s new song called ‘Bright Lights (good life)’. They were both really lovely and down to earth people.

You’ve also been a TV extra – have you been on a stretcher in Casualty yet? What have you been in that we might have seen you?

(Laughs) No not yet, although that would be a lot of fun. I have been in The Only Way Is Essex, and next year look out for me on a new comedy sketch show called Cardinal Burns, a film for the Olympics called Fast girls and the new Pepsi advert.

Oh so just TOWIE and a film for the biggest event to hit this country in recent memory?? And just an advert for one of the most iconic brands in the world? – Clearly slumming it babes! (Laughs) You also had a Calendar out this year what was it like doing that?

It was amazing knowing people actually wanted to buy my calendar. I had lots of fun shooting it and buying all the outfits for it.

OK so now let’s find out a bit about Laura the girl. What do you like to do when you’re not modelling?

Well as you may have guessed from my last answer I love to shop! But I also love to go out with friends, I also enjoy just chilling with the TV or some music.

Are you single?

Just recently yes

Just recently?? Aww! What do you look for in a guy?

Someone’s who just caring, in shape, loyal and can make me laugh.

So Natalie thank you so much for dropping by to iCandy I’m very happy that you’ve found time to come and see us. How are you doing?

I’m very good, thank you, excited to be featured on iCandy! Thank you for having me!

You’ve got a very impressive list of achievements! Notably you’re former Miss Caribbean and Commonwealth what was it like being crowned not only queen of an island but of the whole region and commonwealth?

I know!  It was a great achievement and opportunity; the role had such history and responsibility to it that I was really excited by the challenge. It was a challenge of my character to prove that I could fulfil the legacy that all my predecessors of the title had brought forward and work at maintaining and excelling that.  It was also fun!  I got to travel and represent my home countries in places I only dreamed of like Africa and Europe and also bring that knowledge back to the UK.

I definitely grew as a person in the role and have nothing but thanks for the Miss Caribbean and Commonwealth organisation for giving me the experience. There aren’t many in frontline media outlets in the UK proudly giving a visible platform to young black women, showcasing not just our beauty, but everything that matters about us behind that…our intelligence, our history our achievements and our endless potential.

You must have got a taste for it at University though by winning Miss Versity – what made you decide to have a crack at that alongside your studies?

Honestly? I didn’t think too much about entering it, my attitude at the time was it would be fun to do whether I won or lost. I knew being a student who was passionate about what I was doing at the time that I could represent myself well and still walk away happy no matter what. As it happened I not only had a great time at the event but I won, walked away with the title and some pretty cool prizes too!

You studied marketing at university and have gone on now to having your own business Girl Fitness where you actively educate on fitness and nutrition to women via various fitness programs without thinking they have to be a size zero – do you think that combining you being a model with your business promotes that you can be beautiful without being a waif.

Well firstly I’m not a model, but I’ll take the compliment though! (Laughs) I think I’ll leave that to the Naomi’s and Tyra’s of the world.

I want to promote anything that’s positive. Girl Fitness is about achieving overall wellbeing with both fitness and nutrition following a simple holistic path. I think women of ALL sizes are beautiful. Unfortunately many women of all sizes are damaging their bodies to achieve a visual definition of happiness which ironically is making them unhappy. The way a lot of women are trying to achieve this so called perfection is physically and mentally damaging and it needs to stop. A change in habits and lifestyle is what’s needed, not quick fix diets and expensive equipment.

You also intend to take Girl Fitness into schools – do you feel strongly about kid’s fitness then?

I do! There’s so much education young girls need in relation to fitness and nutrition; I see it as a very desperate situation right now. I primarily started Girl Fitness to provide fitness programs for women over 16; but I became very inspired to work with younger girls by a gentleman I met and spoke with; he runs the Greenwich Sports Academy here in London. His ambition and work ethic with that is just incredible and for the first time, I saw how Girl Fitness could be adapted to work within schools and communities and be used even more productively than it is now. We’ll be launching our schools programs in the New Year 2012 and I’m so excited about it!

Part of your motivation for starting Girl Fitness was being diagnosed with MS – how did that affect you when you were diagnosed with that?

Being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis has been the single most devastating thing that has ever happened to me. I will never forget that day I was told last year, I literally felt my life was over. The diagnosis, being told there’s no cure and having to come to terms with it all completely took my spirit and heart away for a long time. But time is definitely a healer. It’s my everyday life now. It’s a very silent and unpredictable illness; 90% of people don’t even know I have it or realise what I go through everyday with it because I “look soo well” but it’s not easy; for anyone with MS it’s not easy…But we are true Survivors. It’s an immensely bullshit situation with hardly any answers that can stop your tears; it’s hard, but you have to get up and fight it and decide if you’re gonna be a victim or victor. As Red said: “You either get busy living, or get busy dying”. I’ve come too far to fall down in a hopeless heap now.

Your positivity is really very admirable, as not only have you started Girl Fitness but you’ve also recently trained as a Zumba teacher – now I’m not being funny but I’m a guy yeah? So all I know about Zumba is that a load of girls I know waffle on about it – what the hell is it?

Zumba is brilliant! It is a fusion of Latin, salsa, merengue, Caribbean and African dance and is so much fun. I’ve always wanted to dance and be a dancer but was too shy when I was younger. My attitude this last year has been “life is too short!” so yes I recently qualified as a Zumba fitness dance teacher and am soo excited about it. It’s the best fitness session. I wanted to bring a unique sexy element to my classes so have called it ‘Hot Body Zumba’ and am currently setting up to start teaching classes all over London – so come along iCandy!

I’ll come and just watch if that’s ok – trust me girls look much better in lycra than I do. But that’s not just all you do is it? You are also starting  ‘BrownGirl inc’ which is a project to inspire young girls and women of colour into following the right life paths and not conform to stereotypes or feeling they have to portray a certain image – what’s your drive behind that?

Yes, BrownGirl Inc is a project to celebrate, support, educate and inspire young girls/women of colour through talks and events. I want it to have a kind of giving back aspect to it. I feel young females of colour are losing or have lost their identity in many areas of society and are associating who they feel they are with the wrong images, behaviours and role models. I know when I was younger I would have loved to have had something like this so am excited to be working on it and have fingers crossed it will be as successful and have as visible an impact as I imagine it will.

Ok so we’ve found out a little bit about Natalie the model and Natalie the business woman and fitness guru let’s find out about Natalie the girl though. Are you single?

Lol….I’m very happy right now.  My priorities lie in my work….So shall we say my work is my man?

Lucky old work! Work can’t give you cuddles though! What do you look for in a guy?

Honesty. With honesty comes so much that doesn’t need to be sought, it shows respect and I think from that so much love can grow.  I like a guy who isn’t afraid to be a man and be ‘the’ man in a relationship with his woman in every sense.  I need a guy who challenges me cos I’m like a dude sometimes in the sense of wanting to be given something to work for…I don’t like easy men.

I’m quite playful so being able to lose inhibition and have fun and make me laugh are important…Oh, and a guy who’ll treat me like a princess. Clearly, I don’t ask for much huh!

What do you like to do to relax?

I like silence; within that I like writing poetry and sleeping. Given the opportunity, I think I could sleep for England! (laughs)

What’s on you iPod at the moment?

Frank Ocean is on constant rewind. To me he’s just the most incredible artist to come out for about the last 10 years. His music is like poetry, just Beautiful. I also love Prince, MJ and I’m a secret hip hop head! So Common, Lil Wayne, Young jeezy, Nas, Trina are all there, Love them!

Clubbing, or quiet pub?

I don’t drink so I don’t do pubs. I’ve never really ever raved that much either. Whatever the balance is between the two I guess, But I’m definitely like any other girl who likes getting dressed up to go out somewhere nice.

My Hairbrush….it’s a really really manky overused one that friends wish I’d throw away (Laughs), buts it’s always with me.

Things that irritate me most are…

Fake unkind people, Liars, arrogance and lack of manners with hygiene…Like cover your mouth before you yawn or cough in my face! Ergh!

My guilty secret is…

I love Britney spears….Like I actually have her greatest hits album. No shame in my game (laughs)

Well Natalie, it’s been great to have you here at iCandy – before we let you go though, what have you got coming up in 2012 and what’s your parting message to everyone out there?

Well 2012 and beyond will be about me working more aggressively on developing and growing Girl Fitness, I want making it a huge brand name and attracting influential interest worldwide.  I also want to be more involved with raising awareness of MS in my community and be part of the global movement actively working to find a cure for it one day.

My parting words would be for those who are on this journey like me…

No matter your situation have gratitude for the smallest things,

Say the words thank you when you wake up and fall asleep,

Believe in love,

Pay attention to your world, notice when the sun rises & sets,

Never run from yourself… that’s just leaving greatness behind.

So Laura I shall give you the traditional American welcome and say – how YOU doin?

(Laughs) I’m doing just great and I’m quickly learning that life has a funny way of turning something that bugs you, into a blessing.

Sure does honey; apart from wasps – they bug me and have never blessed me. I’m amazed to see that you’ve only been modelling since July! Your pics make you look like you’ve been doing it forever! What were you up to before then?

That’s very sweet and thank you! Modelling is a hobby that I never really had time for. I used to work in advertising managing projects nationally and internationally. I worked extremely long hours and sometimes even slept at the office.  Not to mention I was also a full-time online student majoring in Business Marketing. Needless to say, my schedule was very tight. However, I really liked my job.  I loved being on set and watching shoots. I guess that’s how I decided to try modelling myself. I always wanted to know what it would feel like to be in front of the camera.

You worked in advertising? Maybe I should hire you – I need to promote iCandy and get advertisers to advertise with us – I think I could get used to you in the office. You’ve also started a business recently so you obviously have brains as well as beauty! What kind of business are you in?

Yes, I decided that after being laid-off, I should become my own boss.  I now do business consulting for several clients.  I’ve never been happier and I really love the fact that I can make my own schedule.

Obviously you’ve got great ambition so what would be your ultimate goal – where would you like to be?

My ultimate goal is to somehow leave my mark on the world, either professionally or in modelling/acting. I would also really love to be in a position where my voice could be heard so that I could speak for those who aren’t able to speak for themselves. I’ve volunteered with several human and animal rights groups. Nothing can compare to the feeling one gets from knowing they’ve helped someone less fortunate. The sad truth is that sometimes I feel like a snowflake in Alaska as I am only one person trying to make a difference. With some recognition perhaps one day, I can motivate others to help me out.

Awwww man! Do you get ANY sweeter?!? That’s really admirable! But I hear you – if everyone was a little more compassionate who knows what could happen. What do you love most about modelling?

Modelling has been so much fun for me.  I’m actually quite shy but I feel like I can play different characters in front of the lens. I’ve learnt so much from working with various MUA’s, stylists, photographers, etc.  I’ve also enjoyed getting to meet so many new people and being able to work with them creatively.

Has your life changed a lot since you became a model?

Life has not changed as far as my busy schedule goes! I feel like that’s just my personality. I don’t feel right unless there’s a lot going on. (Laughs) What has changed is the fact that I’m LOVING what I do. Everyday there’s something different going on. I’m either going to a shoot, to see a business client or meeting new people.

Are you tempted to move into any other areas like acting or videos or anything?

I also have a passion for acting. I’ve studied drama and it would be a dream of mine to become an actress. There is actually quite a bit of acting that goes on in the modelling world as well. In front of the lens one has to play a character.

So we may see you on the screen yet! You live in New York – now I’ve never been to New York (or anywhere in America for that matter) what’s so great about it other than cheap Timberland boots? Sell me New York!

(Laughs) There is plenty to do in NYC other than scoring discounts on Timberlands. NYC is truly a city that never sleeps. You can walk out of your house at ANY time and see people roaming around the streets. The energy of the city is like no other and let me tell you that Times Square is a sight to see. I just walked through Central Park yesterday and it seems that this year’s foliage has been the best we’ve seen in years. Fall in this city is simply magical. Right around this time of year, the New York City Rocketts can be found dancing at Rocker Feller Centre and pretty soon, we will get to see the world famous lighting of the tree. Can you believe Christmas is around the corner????

Oh please can we not mention the ‘C’ word? It’s expensive! If I come over will you be my guide?

If you come over; I can certainly be your guide!  I have a few places in mind already. (Winks)

Oh sweet! Guess I better get saving my pennies together then! I guess you’re getting ready for Thanksgiving – what are you giving thanks for this year? What are you hoping for in 2012?

Yes, I am getting ready for Turkey Day!!  I am still battling with what to make for dessert. Any suggestions???  This year, I’m grateful for my family and loved ones.  I’ve learnt that life is super short and every minute I get to spend with my family and friends is to be cherished. I’m also grateful for having my own business and seeing it slowly grow. I am hoping to grow even more in 2012!!

Have you ever been to the UK? Would you come over?

I’ve never been to UK and have always wanted to visit.  When the time is right, I’m coming!!

Ok so we have a deal! If I come to NYC you’ll be my guide and if you come to London I will be yours sound good to you? Totally unrelated to that deal……Are you single?

We have a deal Mr! I’m a hopeless romantic and single at the moment (sighs).

Reeeeeeeally – well that’s come as a shock to me! So what would a guy have to do to win your heart?

A guy can’t be cocky, ugh what a turn off!!  Niceness goes a long way, and it’s FREE!! To win my heart, a guy would have to prove to me that he’s a gentleman. I live for guys that open doors, pull chairs, and help old ladies cross the streets. That’s right! A TRUE gentleman will always win my heart. It doesn’t hurt to wake up next to somebody that can make you laugh either.

I’ve pulled chairs out from old ladies across roads – does that count?? What do you like to do to relax?

To relax I like to read, workout out or go for a run.  I realised I loved running when I went to boot camp for the Marine Corps. (another day, I’ll tell you that story).

Wait! Errrr Marine Corps?? Ummmm OK! What’s on your iPod at the moment?

Okay, don’t make fun I just finished listening to some Phil Collins and Simon and Garfunkel.  I’ve got very eclectic tastes though.  Yesterday I rocked out to some Katy Perry, Otis Redding and Jay-Z.

Hi Gaz! I’m good thanks!

Let’s start by taking a look at your impressive modelling CV shall we? You’ve done quite a few mags and seem to be a particular favourite of Maxim Espanol which is in Spain? – What’s your appeal over there do you think?

It’s the Maxim Espanol I’m in which is in Mexico, I am actually half Spanish, so I guess it’s just my dark eyes and long brown hair that appeals to all the Spanish and Latin American guys! J

You’ve even been called back soon to feature in the December special for the hottest girls of 2011 – they certainly have taste! How does it feel to know that an entire country regards you as one of the hottest girls they’ve seen all year?

Thank you!! I am very excited about this, I’m going in for a 10 page feature, and getting my first front cover next April for it!! It’s really really flattering, and just makes me feel really proud to of achieved something like this; I never dreamed I’d be a Maxim Model, let alone a Maxim cover girl!! It’s just very exciting J

I hear as well that you are also being considered for cover shoot! Do you feel a bit of pressure on you or is it just one huge thrill?

Yes! I do feel under pressure to try and look my absolute best, being on the cover is a massive massive thing , your essentially the face and body selling the magazine so it’s quite daunting but also at the same time such a massive thrill and accomplishment!

As well as Maxim Espanol, you’ve also done the ultimate: Playboy, not just once – but 5 times! What was it like?

Yes I have! Playboy was literally the first major magazine publication I shot for, and I remember I was SO nervous, it felt surreal knowing I was shooting for Playboy! I’m so proud I got the opportunity to be a part of it; I just remember being so excited yet so nervous that I had to keep breathing deeply to calm my nerves! (Laughs)

Of the 5 Playboy appearances which shoot was your favourite?

Definitely the Playboy Nudes issue, I was all hot and soapy in the shower, the pictures were so classy and tastefully done yet so sexy at the same time! J

Really?? Are back issues still available?? Purely for the interests of research you understand! If Heff asked would you ever be tempted to give up the UK and become a ‘live in’ bunny at the mansion?

No (Laughs), I don’t like being in the spotlight and like my private and personal life too much, I wouldn’t like to be that much in the limelight, I think I’d find it really daunting !

You seem to be pretty perfect as you were also one of the main characters for the Duke Nukem video game and got to mess around with some meaty firearms – quite a sexy combo! Are you much of a gamer?

Why thank you! Yes I love games!! I’m a bit of a game geek at heart; I love games like Tomb Raider and Resident Evil, anything where I get to kick some ass! (Laughs)

What was it like being a character and shooting with Rosie Jones and Stacey Massey? Are you all bad girls on the inside?

It was awesome fun and again a very very cool opportunity, I’ve always looked up to Rosie in particular as a model, and she is lovely in person, they both are very lovely down to earth girls!

Yeah they seem lovely – maybe we should get them on iCandy – what do you think? But not only that though; besides Playboy, games and guns, you were Miss Fast Car last year and did quite a bit for them – are you a bit of a petrol head too then?

Yes I did! (Laughs) That was a lot of fun the Fast Car guys are great, they’re such cool guys, I do like fast cars!

Ok, now down to the standard questions we all want to know – are you single?

No

Bugger! What attracts you to a guy?

Gorgeous eyes and smile, a great personality and got to be funny is always a winner!

What are your goals and ambitions?

I’d love to become more established in my modelling career and get a few more things under my belt, maybe FHM one day who knows….  but my ultimate passion is to become a make-up artist and photographer , I find all the behind the camera stuff very fun and love making people look pretty  J

Well we know a few models that have turned tog! What do you do when you’re not working – how do you relax?

I love going to the gym for a good workout or going to dance class which I absolutely love

What do you think is your best feature?

My eyes J

Ok, so the house is on fire – what do you save?

Passport and laptop

Is that it? I’d be slinging stuff out of the window left right and centre – but then I have a ground floor flat! Other than what we’ve already mentioned what else have you got coming up?

I have a few things coming up but don’t want to give too much away so just watch this space!

Danielle – thank you so so much for coming to iCandy, how are you doing?

I’m great thanks, really busy with some exciting projects at the moment so I can’t complain.

Your pics are fantastic you have an amazing body – how long have you been modelling?

Thanks! (Smiles) I’ve been modelling for about four years.

What made you decide to get into modelling? Is it something you’ve always wanted to do?

Since I was a child I’ve been told that I should model. Then during puberty I developed my curves. I then started receiving a LOT of positive attention from guys, and a lot jealousy from girls! (Laughs) That was when I decided to pursue the world of eyecandy/glamour modelling.

You’ve had quite a few notable achievements you won UK Urban Model of the year in 2006 was that your springboard?

Not really. It’s always been a struggle to get recognition; I have and still have to work really hard. Even people in the industry see me as a threat, are jealous, or hope to see me fail, which is crazy! Then there’s the fact that the glamour modelling industry often gets a bad rep.

Yeah I hear you though that’s a cross the industry sadly bears – but I’m trying to change that! How did it feel to win that award though?

It felt amazing! I was just so thankful. I can still remember that night vividly! My family came out to support me and it was just so nice the way the crowd cheered and applauded! It was great it really was.

You’ve also been named as Judges favourite at Miss Hip-hop Beauty UK – do you think competitions like that help model get the recognition they deserve to get ahead?

They definitely can, yes. Only a few competitions are actually worth entering though. Highly publicised competitions run by companies with a good track record are always worthy. Although, you have to be business minded as a model and mention your achievements at every given possibility. Not everyone is lucky enough to win a competition and have jobs and recognition fall at their feet.

Music videos also appear on your list of things you’ve done and you’ve worked with Tinchy Stryder – what was that like?

It was cool, and I hope to feature in some more high profile videos again, but it’s hard being here in the UK as most artists are based in the US.

Are there any artists you’d love to work with and would cancel whatever’s in your diary if that call came?

Any mainstream RnB or Hip Hop artist that’s hot right now. It would showcase me to an even wider audience I think.

You’ve also broken a bit of a boundary and you were the first UK model to feature and work with Summerbunnies – how does it feel to work with some of the elite and break America?

It’s a great achievement but being the always striving, go getter that I am, it’s hopefully just the beginning of many more US conquests for me.

You appeared in the TV show Models, Misfits and Mayhem – I’ve seen a few of those and it’s a bit weird – that guy(?) is a bit weird – the one in the basque teaching catwalk walking – what did you make of him?

(Laughs – loud!) I didn’t actually meet him during my time at the “school”!

You got off lightly then! That’s not all of the TV you’ve done though is it? – You’ve had roles in TV and film before – where would we have seen you?

I’ve been in commercials for channel 5 and ITV and some small features in films that will be released sometime next year so keep an eye out for me!

What does the future hold for you – what’s next on Danielle’s ‘to do’ list?

Well I have more modelling and acting projects that I’m working on. I’m also hosting at a club in Covent Garden (West London) this Saturday on November 26^th Come down and party with me! I’ll be giving away signed posters! Full details are available at my site www.daniellemilleronline.net

You don’t have to ask me twice hun – where there’s drink and hot models I’m generally not far away! What do you think is your best feature?

My smile! (Smiles).

What do you look for in a guy?

Hmmm just someone who’s honest, down to earth and very loving.

I can do that! What do you like to do to relax?

I like to exercise, go for spa treatments or just chill out with some sparkling wine and a good film.

So Alexis – how are you?

Hi Gaz! I’m very well thank you how about yourself? I’m really pleased to be featured on iCandy J

I’m good thanks – all the better for having you come join us! I’m amazed to see that you’ve only been modelling for just over 6 months! You’re pics certainly don’t reflect that! What made you get into the modelling game?

Thanks a lot! That’s a massive compliment! You could say I just fell into modelling really; I first got into modelling back in April when I was asked to do a Trade for Prints (TFP) shoot and thought it would be nice to have some professional pictures of myself! I did the shoot and really enjoyed it and had some really nice pictures the photographer suggested to me to put the pictures on a modelling website which I did and I got asked to do more and more shoots. I’d had people around me say I should do modelling before but I never really believed I could do it, and I think myself really lucky I can do such a great job and work with such great interesting people!

Wow and now here you are with us! Was it quite daunting to get started in modelling?

Yeah it was quite daunting, I used to get quite nervous at the start of a shoot but was excited at the same time and just tried to enjoy myself really!

Obviously you’ve got great ambition so what would be your ultimate goal – where would you like to be?

My ultimate goal would probably be to carry on working with great photographers, to be more published and more “known” and just have a great time and enjoy it! I’ve never thought I will get famous from modelling or anything like that but as long as people want to shoot me – I’ll keep doing it J

Has your life changed a lot since you became a model?

Yeah it has slightly in the way that I think it makes you quite interesting to people when you say you’re a model,  people want to hear about what you do, and what shoots you’ve got coming up and of course people like the pictures. I think I’m a lot happier in myself now as well.

Yeah it must give you a great confidence boost! Who have you worked with so far? Who would you like to work with if you had the opportunity?

I’ve worked with some really cool photographers some of them are Nunu Velente Miah (AJ Images) and Saud Yosi both fantastically talented photographers and pleasure to have got the chance to work with them! And Mike Cohen; who I’m due to shoot with shortly which I’m really excited about.

Are you tempted to move into any other areas like acting or videos or anything?

I actually got asked to do some acting but I don’t think I would be able to remember all the lines – I have a terrible memory! (Laughs) Although I have been speaking to a producer about maybe being in one of his music videos – that’s definitely something that I’d like to do.

You tell me you’re a typical girly girl – so come on just how many pairs of shoes do you own?

Oh my goodness I have so many shoes it’s terrible! Must be around 30ish? I’m really not sure, but I have so many shoe boxes at one side of my room I really should get a shoe rack (Laughs) I’m bad for buying new dresses to! My mum thinks I’m obsessed (Laughs) I just like to go out in something new J

Only 30? Wow that’s actually less than me! You’re also a horse rider and animal lover – what is it with girls and their horses?

Yeah I love horses, always have from a young age! My mum’s side of the family all like horses so I think it must be in our blood. (Laughs)

Mmmm there’s something about jodhpurs and boots I think…..sorry I was drifting off in thought then! A lot of models are obviously against fur and have stripped off for the cause – would you do that?

I would definitely do that as it’s something I feel strongly about – I’m vegetarian and love animals, I’d do it for that or any type of animal cruelty charities.

You say you’re a bit of a keep fit fan too – what’s on your iPod when you’re at the gym?

I really like Lil Wayne, Chase and Status and Nero

Is that so? Are you single?

Yep I am single (pulls sad face)

No freaking way! Really!? What would a guy have to do to win your heart then?

I would like someone really genuine someone I could trust, someone that is my best friend. Someone to spoil me a bit and make me laugh.

Spoil you and make you laugh huh? Well I have a Galaxy bar in my pocket and did you hear the one about the 2 nuns in the bath??? Before we let you go though, have you got anything to say to everyone out there?
